MOUTH RINSING

I featured about proper teeth brushing in my yesterday's post.  Now, i will add more about proper dental care.

Just before brushing use an anti-plaque rinse.  It loosens plaque and makes brushing more effective. Mouth rinsing helps eliminate plaques in brushing.  

Well, one does not need to be born with a beautiful smile. What one needs are beautiful teeth.
