STORM SIGNAL NO. 1 HERE
Mother nature is threatening a calamity. A storm signal number no. 1 is hoisted in Eastern Samar and Leyte and the whole of Eastern visayas. It has been raining constantly since 5pm this afternoon. I just hope that this "Frank" typhoon will come to pass out in the country without leaving any trace of havoc behind.
