TYPHOON "FRANK" HAS ESCALATED TO SIGNAL NO. 2

Typhoon "Frank" here has escalated to typhoon signal no. 2 in Leyte province.  The Samar area, however which is just a contigous island of Leyte is with signal no. 3. Classes in the elementary and high school are automatically suspended in private and public schools. It has been raining without let-up since 5pm yesterday. My househlep told me that there was strong winds at 4am today. Of course, i never noticed it because i was dead sleep.
