REENGINEER FOR RELEVANCE

I like the leadership training i attended to yesterday because its a good thing to be understood by local leaders. If they will only internalize and actualize their learnings, i don't think they can not be able to make a paradigm shift in the total development of their respective areas of jusrisdiction. I wish they can reengineer programs and make themselves relevant to the service to the people. The inputs of this training and other trainings in the past and in the future will be put to naught without any positive changes on their part. I just wish they will understand what they are empowered for and they will understand the gargantuan role they play in development.
