CALL CARD PROBLEM

I had this frustrating experience with call cards. I bought a call card for my celfone but when I attempted to load it, the operator says the number is invalid so it can't be credited. It only means two things, either there was a technical problem during its making or the load is already taken. It is so time consuming to follow up at their office about this hitch.
