I was listening to the news awhile ago and I felt sad and happy right after the news. Why? Because during the raffle draw of the jackpot prize of lotto sweepstakes, there was a confirmed ticket holder.  I felt sad becauseI did not win. I felt happy because at last a winner, whoever he is from Luzon area, will be able to live a new life with the millions of money he won.
