MULTI-PURPOSE BLINDS

There was a drowning incident in one of the barangays in my workplace. The victim was rushed to the Municipal Health Office across my office for official declaration of the death of the two victims. Since I was scared to go near and see the already dead victims, I and some other personnel in my workplace contended with just peeping through the blinds. It was good to just peep through the blinds because, for me, I can control the portion that I wanted to view. These blinds did not only serve as window curtains all these times but it has served as our view point whenever there are incidents brought to the attention of the Municipal Health Officer.
